2. About PeakShape PeakShape is a South African retailer specialising in premium gym accessories, including weightlifting grips. These terms govern all purchases made through our online store.
3. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping Orders are shipped via Aramex within South Africa and to select international destinations. Delivery takes 8–15 business days after dispatch. For full details, please refer to our [Shipping Policy]. PeakShape is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods at support@peakshape.co.za. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return. We do not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this Site — including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of PeakShape and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, PeakShape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
