Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 11–15 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via Aramex. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Coverage We currently ship within South Africa. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Order Tracking A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been collected by Aramex. You can track your parcel via the Aramex website.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Admin.Peakshape@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
